What if I have a reason for not paying?
In general, we expect you to pay the seller as soon as possible and no later than 2 days after you win or buy an item. If you don't pay for an item within 2 days, the seller can open an unpaid item case. You have 4 days to pay and resolve the matter after the case opens. Contact your seller right away with any questions about payment.
If you still don't pay, we record the unpaid item on your account. We mayalso place restrictions on your account.
