Attitudes toward ICT might be an important factor. In schools where this type of education was available, it was more successful when teachers worked harder on their lesson plans, took more prep time to ready their classroom, and fully threw their support behind the program. Teachers who were less enthusiastic in the beginning have found that their results are significantly lower than the results of other classrooms. This may mean that courses for teachers should address their attitudes toward ICT, as well as their skills with the technology.
