Team under this position: 2 Production Managers(Assembling and Machining)and 1 Maintenance Manager
Working Location: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong

Main duties and responsibilities
•Supervise and control Production and Maintenance management & activities with effectiveness / quality awareness / Safe work following with Company’s standards.
•Own and lead all manufacturing operations, including scheduling of production and workforce team members as well as maintenance activities on all equipment and facilities.
•Coach team leaders and team members to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, equipment utilization, efficiency and quality
•Lead shop floor continuous improvement activities as a coach or mentor in the manufacturing environment, largely though understanding of lean manufacturing principles and through deployment of the operating system.
•Track Key Performance Indicators in order to anticipate and correct trend that might compromise achievement of operating or financial targets of the operation.
•Responsible for Assembling and Machining process, solve problem related to Production and Maintenance for reliable working condition with Corrective and Preventive action.
•Monitoring overall Production performance and formulating improvement actions where necessary including ensuring that the production cost is effective.
•Supporting the business planning, budget, continuous improvement and cost saving measures.
•Ensuring that ISO/TS 16949 are followed.
•Support to implement the all plant activities to achieve the targets and improve the manufacturing performance.
Candidate Profile
•Bachelors or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineer, Engineer Management or related field
•Age at least 37
•10 years in Production Management, Maintenance Management and Process Improvement from automotive industry.
•Experiences in execution of Lean and Continuous Improvement. If familiar with Toyota Production System is preferable.
•ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001
•Good command in English.
