At beginning of a specialized course, the teacher introduces
the assessment policy, divides class into groups, and provides a
number of small real or simulative projects choose by groups.
A. Group performance assessment
The first step is group assessment, group grades given by
the teacher, and the second is group member assessment,
member grades given by a group leader.
If a group is not satisfied with its group grade, it can
improve work and get higher grade given again by the teacher.
If the group is satisfied with the group grade, the group leader
can give a special grade for each member through the
negotiation with his group members. Once last grades
determined, the results are announced to all the students.
