Dear Colleagues
You may have received an email from a company called Grass Roots. They are undertaking a survey on behalf of WorleyParsons so that we may better understand our customer care culture. We are keen to hear what you think.
As you may have heard from your manager or via |ONE|, the company is implementing initiatives in the areas of performance leadership, customer care and knowledge and networks to help us deliver consistently and achieve the five beliefs. The objective of the customer care workstream is to “place the customer at the centre of everything we do”.
Several hundred employee names have been randomly selected across all levels and all parts of our business and given to Grass Roots who, to ensure the responses remain anonymous, have been contacting a random subset.
Their initial contact is via email seeking your agreement to participate and to schedule a time to call you to conduct the interview. The interview will only take 30 minutes.
I would really appreciate your help with this survey so please look out for their email. If you do get one please respond and give them all the support they need.
