i'm writing this letter to bring your attention that i'm not happy with service at your hotel.
i was stay in your hotel at 1-3 march 2015 .
booked the hotel online and i had secured a great price of 2,500 baht per night, plus tax.
but when i checked out, my bill was 1,500 bath higher than i expected.
i found there was a 500 bath per night resort fee.
i would refuse to pay it but my credit card was charged anyway.
i don't know about this fee and i would like your assistance in obtaining a refund
