There is an academic view that the emphasis in typical “B” school programs of instruction is on a more neutral, presumably rational examination of principles methodology. But the entrepreneurial emphasis is more personal, intuitive and interactive. This does not presume that business managers should avoid a certain humanity, insight or active understanding. But corporations are seen to be less flexible, less human and involved with employees. In this context the declaration made by John Naisbitt in Global Paradox that large corporations must become more entrepreneurial has a very positive meaning.
