1. Weigh the soil (in the shade to dry, then sieve size 2 mm) weighs 10 g size beaker 50 ml.
2. Add water 25 ml (the cylinder) soil sample.
3. Stir with a glass rod together. Leave it for about 30 minutes between the left for a time.
4. Calibrate pH meter with buffer pH 4 and buffer pH 7 before measuring samples.
