Kill Alex Cross by James Patterson
I have read Sail and it was interesting to me. I was quite satisfied since I’m very picky with the books I read. I’m not a big fan of reading about government or political matters but since Patterson left a good impression from the last book, I thought he’d make this interesting too.
The beginning of the book was interesting and I enjoyed it. But, as I kept reading, I felt that there was too much going on. At the same time, nothing interesting going on. There are two plots of the kidnapping and the Saudi terrorists. You don’t know whether or not the two matters are related until later in the book. No one actually tires to kill Alex Cross, the main character, until the end of the book. There was no suspense to killing him either.
