high stability to oxidation compared with other vegetable
oils. It can also be used to prevent lipid oxidation in soybean,
rapeseed, and sesame oil (Bozkurt, 2007). Sesame
seed oil was obtained in 58 wt/wt%, by traditional solvent
extraction in our laboratory. The high viscosity, low volatility
and poor cold flow properties of triglycerides, which
result in severe engine deposits, injector coking and piston
ring sticking, have prevented them from being used directly
in diesel engines (Marinkovic and Tomasevic, 1998;
Szentmihalyi et al., 2002).
