Galbi is a dish made with marinated beef or pork in a ganjang sauce (Korean Soybean sauce).
Grilled in a pan, galbi is a great delicacy. The New York Times commented last year that gabi is excellent to eat at restaurants but also easy to cook at home. It seems that galbi is not enjoyed only by Koreans. Galbi ranked at number 41 on World`s 50 most delicious foods readers` poll conducted by CNN in 2011.
