Manage all task & activities in Human Resources and Administration Department,
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives including compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
• Handle payroll monthly to employees, monitor overtime and absence.
• Manage and control all administrative tasks for the company.
• All process recruitment and interview.
• Organize Training programs and corporate with Division Managers to develop career path to all employees.
• Build positive work environment for all employees.
• Handle Visa & Work-Permit for foreigner.
• Manage HR & Admin Performance contract (PMS), KPI, and Business plan to achieve
• Handle HR & Admin proposal project when require.
• Provide Visa, Work-Permit for Management from Headquarters.
• Other tasks and projects may be assigned from time to time.
