Ingredients :
3-5 bamboo shoots
3 tablespoons salt
2 cups rice water
1 coconut milk (white clear juice only)
Clean glass container
Method :
Peel and slice bamboo shoots. Thinly. Clean and sprinkle over with salt. Mix. Then place in a rice water and let stand overnight. Slightly drain halt of the rice water, then pour the clear coconut juice over the mixture in the container. Cover and soak for 3-5 days in the sun. After 10 days, keep in refrigerator. Cook to your requirements.
