cells were dominant compared to other microorganisms in WBFB.
The initial value of CFU in the fresh WBFB was measured as 7.1

102 after fifteen days. Other
microorganisms were initially in minor population (nearly undetectable)
however their CFU value after 5 days was 2.4

increased up to 1.8
×108 after 15 days.
