The theory of internal resistence.
First of all, let’s understand what this theory means, and then we’ll try to find the way to fight against our resistence.
Who can face internal #resistence? Practically everybody in the world. It happens when everything goes well. You can have purchased desired apartment, changed the job or started to do sports. Your brain perceives all above mentioned as the positive changes in your life. Your brain reacts producing a lot of endorphins and neurotransmitters. That’s the moment when you feel happy and satisfied and your mood is perfect, you feel a great emotional recovery.
Then, within a certain time, your brain comes back to its normal functioning and you feel decline, lack of emotions and physical decline. You lose your energy and motivation. You don’t want to conitnue doing things you did earlier with pleasure.
In such moments you have to be patient. Your body and brain is being accustomed and adapted to the new #activities. When 16 days pass everything will become better.
Excellent way of fighting against your resistence is changing your attitude to it. You should understand that if you have internal resistence you have changes. That’s the prove of your growth and #changes for better.
