and innovative technologies- in sectors with more
economic power;

Individuals’ choices and their appropriation of ICTs;
Support services and training to develop the “culture of use” of ICT and “information
literacy” among chain stakeholders;
The potential “virtual” relationship between stakeholders in the food value chain
