• To maintain network of client contacts by (attending client meeting with senior executive in the client’s organization).
• To become the primary client relationship handler, always used as the first point of contact for routine queries and is the main recipient of correspondence.
Industry Focus – Applies an understanding of the client’s industry sector.
• To ensure complete and current knowledge of client industry by reviewing relevant database on at least a weekly basis and informing others by making written file notes.
Meeting client needs – Delivers quality solutions to meet our client’s commercial needs.
• Meet client deadlines, review time and put action plan to prepare works before deadline by discussing with incharge senior, manager in order to agree time for reviewing the reports for every month.
• Keep client informed on work progresses
• To manage client expectation as to format, content and deadline date of all delivers by discussing progress with them on at least (weekly) basis, follow up with a written record of issues discussed/agreements reached within 2 days of the conversation to minimize queries on delivery.
• To seek and receive feedback from client which is copied the client team and acted upon within 1 month of receipt to improve service delivery, so that issues do not reoccur in future client feedback.
