Add some soy products to the diet; soy products may
inhibit tumor growth.
Eat at least five different types of fruits and vegetables;
fruits contain nature’s cancer fighters (antioxidants,
phytoestrogens and other phytochemicals, and fiber).
Do not consume excessive amounts of vitamins unless
a medical condition requires additional supplement.
Before going to bed each night, take a calcium
supplement of at least 500 mg; calcium supplements
will aid in more sound sleep.
