Per case of PTT, as you may know that PTT is normally as “Public Enterprise” and no room to do anything especially price engagement that much.
On this, I need your advice on how to handle this kind of business or any advices it might have per following enquiries;
· As PTT is Public Enterprise, so they cannot join any GY pricing programs?
· If no, what kind of programs that PTT could join
· To date, PTT has its own list price which was primarily set for some SKUs and in case they would like to buy any other SKUs apart from ones being stated in that list price. They would order tires by applying with “Program A” which is generally announced to all dealers in Con RP à Is this practice correct?
· If not correct, we should set/adjust existing list price to cover all SKUs with specific price rather than allowing them to buy through Program A?
So far, we have tentative plan to set dedicate list price for them so that we could prevent the conflict with public law or something like that.
