first,cut two gram of pork and cut the three shrimp. Second,wash vegetables,wash carrot,onion,garlic,ginger root and bean sprouts. Then cups of carrots,one onion,one clove of garlic,one ginger root and one cup of bean sprouts. Third,pour two tablespoons of oil into a large pan. Place it over medium heat. Place the vegetables.
