I want to explain about the warranty claim when CKT receive from customer.
The end user found some problem on their vehicle, they go to Dealer of car-maker for fix the problem.
If Dealer cannot solve the technician of dealer have to judge and change the part.
The dealer identify the problem and send incident part with comment to car-maker.
In this case, GMTh collected incident parts from February 2014 – September 2014, 93 pieces and sent to CKT and need CKT forwarding to CKMY.
GMTh need to know the result of investigation all of items.
Now CKT think have 2 choice for reply to GMTh.
1. Sent people to CKT for investigate the incident parts.
2. CKT send the incident parts to CKMY for investigation.
Please note that, CK must to reply GMTh all of incident parts that is accept or reject depend case by case.
