According to the survey of consumer’s buying behaviors, a survey was conducted of BEC students who have ages between 18-23 years old. A sample of 30 people was drawn up by systematic random sampling at BEC program in Thammasat University, SC building. Fieldwork was carried out from 21st to 27th November, 2014.
A survey was carried out by using a questionnaire comprising both open-ended and closed-ended questions which covered recall questions, explanation questions, opinion questions, likert scale and rank order questions. The main topic of the questionnaire was designed to explore how discount product has influenced buyers, the reasons behind the consumer’s purchase of discount product and the factors that stimulate people to buy product on sale. Finally, completing questionnaires were received from 30 people, and response rate is 100 percent. For the response rate of 100 percent which is considered in very high level, this survey is rather accurate, trusted and reliable.
