Customize Your Warm Up You can easily customize the length of the warm up each day to fit your rehearsal schedule. 10 minute warm u Select two exercises from #s 1-4. Select one exercise from #'s 5-7. play exercise #9, play either exercise #10 or a combination of both *11 & 12. 15 minute warm U Select two exercises from #s 1-4 increase the tempo on the second exercise by 5-10 bpm, Select two exercises from #s 5-7. increase the tempo of the second exercise by 5-10 bpm. play exercises #9-12, increase the volute level to forte on both eyercises #s 11 & 12. 20 minute warm up Select two exercises from #s 1-4 increase the tempo on the second exercise by 5-10 bpm. (Marching Band Only Try marching backwards on the second exercise), Select two exercises from #s 5-7 and increase the tempo of the second exercise by 5-10 bpm. (Marching Band Only March backwards to either of the exercises), play (and March forward to) exercises #9-12 gradually increasing tempo until you reach the point that the performers loose control. Once that point has been determined slightly lower the tempo and continue
your warm up to its conclusion.
