Like many others we travelled on a Travelzoo all inclusive deal through Kuoni. For the price we paid I could not possibly fault this place except in one regard. The website states a dress code of casual chic ( management please note that you have still not clarified this). The dress code at the hotel allows Bermuda shorts, collared shirts and no flip flops. However, my husband was asked to change his attire because his knees were showing and he was wearing leather sandals - he refused. Others went away and came back wearing jeans / cargo pants and trainers, thereby looking very much scruffier than when they first arrived! Our complaint to the mangement was dealt with pleasantly and properly, but unfortunately we had another bad experience with the dress code gestapo 2 nights later. This really upset me . Management were eager to rectify matters and from then on everyone was almost overly attentive and we were given a free massage. So the hotel did all they could to rectify matters, but it does still leave an undercurrent in my memories, especially as they forgot to give me the promised cake for my birthday, which got completely overlooked!!
Still, if you men are happy to wear long trousers ( ladies feel free to wear your shorts as short as possible, no one seemed to complain about that!) then I can fully recommend this hotel. Overall we had a lovely time, staff ( bar one!) were excellent - special praise for Rambo and his team at the bar, and for all inclusive we considered the food to be very good. Any niggles on the quality of the hotel paint job and thin toilet seats ( getting broken all the time and being replaced with better ones!) were more than offset by the good. We could also recommend a boat trip along the coast with Mcleod ( he can be found on the beach) we shared the cost with another couple and had a very pleasant day out.
