Team Member Input
As a leader, it is important for you to learn from others on your team. No leader has perfect information. By asking your team for structured input, you are able to get new insights into how effectively your business operation is functioning, how team members are working together, and what you can do as a leader to improve overall performance.
Prior to attending NLP, you will ask all of your direct reports to respond to questions on the following page. They should return their written responses to you at least two days before you are scheduled to attend the program. Their responses will be anonymous and returned to you in a sealed envelope, which you will not open until you attend the workshop.
Please be sure to bring your team member input (in sealed envelopes) when you attend your NLP workshop.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Fill in your name and the date by which you need the input returned to you on the following page.
2. Make a copy of the next page (with the information filled in) for each of your direct reports.
3. Distribute a copy of the next page with a sealable envelope to each of your direct reports.
4. Thank each person for providing you with candid input and ensure that you clearly communicate the deadline for returning the envelopes with written input to you.
5. If you do not receive input from every team member, follow up as needed to get all responses before attending your session.
6. Bring all sealed envelopes to NLP when you attend.
