Compounds 1–6 were evaluated for their
antibacterial activity against S. aureus, B. cereus, and E. coli and
for antifungal activity against C. albicans and A. fumigatus using
agar diffusion method. Compounds 4–6 showed weak to
moderate activity against E. coli and S. aureus. On the other
hand, they demonstrated strong activity against B. cereus with
inhibition zone diameters 5, 4, and 4 mm, respectively
compared to ampicillin (5 mm).
