ENI hereby grants CLP a limited, nonexclusive license to grant sublicenses of the Product to CLP's end user customers in the normal course of business. Any sublicense of the product by CLP, whether to subsequent re-sellers or to end users, shall be pursuant to a written license agreement, approved in advance by ENI as to form and substance that shall include at least the following:
