•Manage and maintain effective working relationships with both new and existing customers
•Actively prospect for new business, with both existing and new customers
•Utilize and work effectively with the CRM system to plan and manage direct sales activities and priorities
•Plan, prepare and participate in effective customer meetings and gain customer attention
•Identify customer needs and requirements through active listening and questioning
•Sell customer benefits for truck products, services and soft offers
•Provide financially sound proposals to meet customer requirements
•Handle negotiation and closing techniques
•Liaise with relevant parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and lead time is kept to a minimum
•Ensure the vehicle handover process is planned efficiently
•Manage cost and credit control to maximize the opportunity to grow profit
•Drive the development of the sales policy and strategy
•Develop Price Management (margins and discounts) in line with Regional and EUD guidelines
•Manage financial and sales reporting and analysis

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related fields
At least 3 years of related experience in technical sales
Familiar to work with key accounts in Bangkok area will be advantage
Possed background in heavy truck business is preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
