A request must be sent from the Client's initial TR e-mail address (currently used).
In case the Client cannot send a request from his/her current e-mail address (it is blocked, deleted or something else), then please ask for additional Identity Document from the Client (Passport, ID card. Driving License)
(For special cases can be accepted Credit Card, Bank statement, National Insurance number, Tax Reference number or VAT registration number copy, etc)

To attach a scan of Identity document registered in Trader's Room (a passport copy preferable).
At the same time the Client must open a new Demo account in Trader's Room and write a number of it in the written request.
A demo account is asked to be opened in order to confirm that the Client has access to Trader's Room.
Demo account should be opened in Trader's room, not in MetaTrader.
(In case the Client has no access to Trader's Room and Demo account cannot be opened, then please ask for additional Identity Document from the Client.)
