•Uses a high degree of insight, industry know how, research, and analytical skills, to develop new or enhanced methods and techniques to resolve problems. Identifies alternative resolutions, identifies and communicates risk factors to the project lead or PM and provides implementation recommendations.
•Partners and works closely with client to understand and anticipate their needs. Develops moderate and complex solutions and makes decisions that consider the impact on other aspects of the project and on the client’s business.
•Contributes to the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifies consulting skill set requirements, and develops timelines.
•Leverages life cycle implementation experience to anticipate changes required in project plans and processes. Takes initiative to achieve value-added results and improve upon solutions offered.
•Works under minimal supervision. May lead small work teams on engagements. Manages engagement scope and client expectations when appropriate. Plans and organizes the team workload. Assists the project manager in monitoring implementation issues and status
