Supplier said this problem came from his arrangement because he informed the driver to pick up another job and miss communication with the driver However HR has informed supplier to issue the official letter to us and has asked him about responsibility for this time.
Next step, HR will be coordinate with Purchasing to discuss the problems that we have found from this supplier and may be will change new supplier that more management and responsibility.
