At the restaurant
- A server greet a couple and ask them to wait for the table
- No table available for 30 minutes
- Their booking has been cancelled in the reservation book
- A server apologize to them and tell manager
- A manager apologize to them and admit to restaurant’s mistake
- Suggest drink in bar. Offer to bring menus through
- Offer to serve starters in bar

Guest call the conference office to confirm the dates you’ve booked for your company’s training. Discuss rooms and equipments needed and the cost. Make an appointment to see the rooms.

At the hotel
The conference officer shows the customer around the conference centre. Give the customer a general description :

- Seating capacity of breakout rooms and equipments
