Incorporated into the app are 3 different types of Pacts
the Gym pact
the Veggie pact
and the Food logging pact
and you can decide whether or not you want to commit to one or all of the Pacts. You don’t need to pay anything up front and the App is free to download; you simply pledge to eat Instead, you pledge to eat so many servings of fruit and veg per week and if you miss your goal then you’ll be charged the total you pledged at the start of the week. And if you meet your Pact, you get a cash reward for each day committed, paid for by those who didn’t manage. The amount you’re rewarded will depend upon the amount charged to those who failed to reach their goals; Pact states that weekly rewards are typically between $0.30 to $5
