Satisfaction or disappointment resulting from comparing the performance of the product. The customer receives which has three levels.
1. If the performance of the product. (Performance) is below expectations. (Expectations), customers will feel dissatisfied (dissatisfied).
2. If the performance of the products according to the customers' expectations. Customers will feel "satisfied" (satisfied).
3. If the performance of products beyond customer expectations. Customers will feel "I am very satisfied" (highly satisfied) or "impression" (delighted).
