As meeting at 24/12/14 the MOM are concluded below
1. Size of vial for this project
a. Vial 38 ml (Tube) using for Monem 1 gm (existing PK)
b. Vial 30 ml (Mold) using for Monem 1 gm (which will replace for the 38 ml Tube; @a)
c. Vial 25 ml (Tube) using for Bionem 1 gm
d. Vial 20 ml (mold) using for Bionem 1 gm (which will replace for the 25 ml tube; @c)
That mean we have to use the common part as much as possible for all type&size of vial
2. For the magazine for sterilization
a. Vial 38 ml (tube)
Total 133 vials per magazine, 32 magazines per load and total 5 loads + 10 magazines will support for 1 batch (total vials = 22,610)
b. Vial 30 ml (mold)
Total 96 vials per magazine, 32 magazines per load and total 7 loads + 12 magazines will support for 1 batch (total vials = 22,656)
Different 2 loads more for the new size of vial, will discuss with QA&VA about the interfere with the media filled (1 batch or 3 batch), PD will provide for the risk assessment within this month.
3. Action Plan for change
- Manual capping trial by MT 5-9 Jan 2015
o Status done and report will discuss again and will confirm the result of defect.
- Automatic capping trial by MT after third week of Jan’15 to end month
- Washing machine Changing part come at end Jan’2015
- Sterilizer validation End Feb’2015 (Pending for the part of machine that have to change via change the vial size)
- Filling machine Changing part come at end Jan’2015
- Aseptic Process Validation may be after THFDA audit at 3rd week of March (exactly plan will perform later)
