The issue is Search & Reply displays no results when querying calls before 16/01/2014. All calls after this date are displayed.
There are records in the database and calls on the NAS, so it appears to be and issues with returning results from the SQL database.
The cause need to be investigate more and need approval for access to the server room during this weekend.
IPC Team have taken some screenshots and the Search & Reply log file and will hand this case back to APAC who will continue investigation and consult with Verint. Hopefully tomorrow, There doesn’t appear to be another impact to the system other than displaying search results for calls made more than 15 months ago.
( since the system started ) APAC team will investigate the issue again hopefully tomorrow. Please allow us to access and remote in.
Please again, approve for rechecking the system on IPC System to be ready on normal function on Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th April 2015.
