Although Jason was satisfied that Northwest Industries'computer security policies and procedures provided the company with adequate protection against intrusions, he was concerned about other aspects of systems reliability. 1.Protecting the confidentiality of sensitive corporate information, such as marketing plans
2.Protecting the privacy of personal information collected from customers
3.Ensuring that information abort business activities was processed accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
4.Ensuring that information systems resources would always be available whenever management needed access to them
