Shrove Tuesday is in February, and it's a special day. in some places, this is called carnival or Mardi Gras, but in the U.K. it's called pancake day. Traditionally, this is a day when people empty their kitchen cabinets to use up foods like eggs and butter. They make a lot of delicious pancakes and eat them with lemon juice and sugar.
