In most of the cases training is considered for new employees only, it is good to invest more on development of their skills so that they can increase their productivity. But ongoing training of current employees is as important as of new employees; it helps them to adapt their daily routine work according to rapidly changing job requirementsand to improve their performance on current job and prepares them for an intended job. And it also helps reducing resistance to change among employees. For making training process purposeful and successful company leaders should work closely with functional department heads and Human Resources personnel to follow a systematic approach to training and to get desired and fruitful outcomes from it
