Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters
•You'll contribute to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance
•Head up the operational function within the HR team
•To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues
•To advise, managers and staff on issues of employment legislation
•Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
•Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
