The answer received did not solve my problem.
It takes too long time for delivery. I ordered the product on 25-Aug morning, and did change the delivery address to Lazada. However, the change were not sync'ed to shipping company, and the product was delivered to the wrong address. I did inform the sender to send the product to the new address, and he acknowledged that. After that, I did not received any call from sender, but just an email saying that they could not contact me!! I have no way to communicate back to shipping. I contact Lazada to resend the item to me. Another one more day, I have got no response from anyone. I followed up Lazada again, it said it takes another 2-3 business days! I don't understand why it takes so long time for delivery!! Considering in total, it takes a week to get the product! I need to use the product I ordered.
I follow up again by myself, to Kerry - they said, roughly it will be arriving in 1-Sep (2-3 additional business days, as Lazada). I asked to make appointment to receive the product, but they cannot help.
This case gave me bad experience in using the service. The failing in sync'ed up the info, leading to delay in delivery, and no one can help at all. I follow-up, the staff informed me to follow-up, but actually no one helped to follow-up.
