The Pinnacle Health System is a prudent buyer of goods and services. All companies doing
business with Pinnacle Health will be reviewed to ascertain that they are credible and
dependable sources of goods or services, and are responsible members of the business
community. All vendor representatives calling on the System will be given a formal orientation
to System policies and procedures and are required to complete a certification process. Supply
Chain Management’s Contracts Department must certify companies prior to entering into
purchasing contracts by performing and documenting due diligence. The Pinnacle Health
System will not conduct business with firms that fail to meet minimum certification standards. All
representatives must complete certification requirements prior to meeting with staff in
departments other than Supply Chain Management.
The Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible
