SURAPHEE must not disclose any of FCON's Confidential information ot Intellectual property for any purpose other than the performance of the services under this agreement. Suraphee must not use any of that information or property commercially or for private research or retain a copy of any materails, which was produced or required in the course of providing the services. The confidential information may only be used to perform the services under this agreement. The confidential information or intellectual property may only be disclosed in any of the following circumstance
