As the company followed the SMART strategy and set the specific goal to increase the number of cases per hour or CPH in the average of 52 CPH. The company also installed a tracking system for management to be able to know number of cases and time that each team member can worked. For the employees, the way to achieve the specific goal, each team have to seperate the work into individual part to each member and they also offered to retrain and coach at the beginning to increase the skills and abilities to achieve the specific goal. After worked, the company will tell each team member to know their current CPH and feedback to them of what the company expect more. The company will able to know thier employee's feedback of this strategy by the result of top performance that each team member can work daily and also can evaluate their employee's effort to the work.
This strtegy was management by objectives that emphasizes to coverted the goal of company into specific goal for each team member and individual units, so the individual goal also parallel with the goal of overall in the company. We can see that each level of members in the company alway support to each other, from the individual to the higher level as well.
