Book II:offenses-prescribes the offenses for specific acts, with regard to the circumstances of each act, damage caused by the act and whether the act affects public order or only the person injured,and the punishments for each offenses;for example:offenses against national security, offenses against public administration, offenses against public safety, offenses relating to documents, offenses against life, body, reputation or properties. In studying this Book of Criminal Code, the understanding of the purposes of the purposes of criminal law and meanings of elements of crime in each offense, which is closely and inseparably related to the theories in the General Provisions, is required. thus, it is important to clearly understand the provisions in Book I so that the offense in Book II will be understood and applied correctly and appropriately. the Criminal Code prescribes the provisions on offenses in its Section 107 to Section 366.
