Responsible for managing and monitoring site construction schedule and quality control until hand-over to buyers
• Responsible after sales service and handle rectification all incurred defects of resident houses
• Inspection and quality control ready house for sell
• Maintain ready house for sell
• Verify expenses claims and payment for approval
• Manage financial matters; include monitoring of expenditure of the properties and budgeting.
• Ensure completion of weekly report
• Synergize and create team work within division and across different divisions
• Guide and train staff, in line with corporate expectations and foster growth of key individuals
• Manage a team of site staffs to ensure the efficient running properties
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 5 years experience in property development
• Having experiences in customer service in real estate business is preferable
• Good personality, strong leadership skills and internal/external coordinator skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in English
• Energetic and hard working
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Computer literate, self-motivated and be very service oriented
