Your focus will be to orchestrate and coordinate their marketing material and contact points including being heavily involved in social media strategy. Your role will include diary management, presentation preparation, and the organisation of meetings and conferences. You'll also be required to initiate and draft correspondence, manage and monitor phone calls and emails, as well as a host of other administrative tasks. You will be having a significant input into optimising external and internal communications relative to their database and IT systems. The capacity to utilise mail merges, file management systems and make contributions to marketing material and social media strategy will add extra interest to your role, as will tasks undertaken for BDO NZ.
