• Administering payroll/deductions/pensions for staff.
• Coordinating recruitment and selection procedures & delivering training;
• Managing and reviewing HR Department budget
• Provide comprehensive high quality customer focused HR support across a broad range of HR activities.
• Management of Health and Safety for the entire site including Waste Management and revisions of policy and procedures.
• Reward advise and support employees on company benefits.
• Managing absence, disciplines, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
