Position: Senior The1Card Business Analyst Officer
Generate standardized reports related to customer behavior including, but not limited to, monthly spending report, acquisition report, campaign analysis report, segment monitoring report
Create ad-hoc reports upon internal request
Prepare customer data upon requests
Generate customer list for targeted campaigns based on provided targeting models
Organize and monitor to ensure that all reports developed and managed accurately and timely
Interpret all standardized reports
Act as liaison between CRM and BU’s regarding tactical and day-to-day customer data issues
