Responsibilities:
Responsibility about Payment Process , Billing Process
Coordinate with customer about Payment and Billing
Collect cheque at the customer sites then forward to Finance for record. Then, deposit cheques at banks.
Supervising team and management team
Submit the company documents to the local authorities
Arrange the schedule and document for messenger (Place billings at the customer sites)
Accounts Assistant III: additional job
Arrange/prepare/sort documents for further action e.g. scheduling with customers to collect the collection with customers and filing.
Prepare the billing notes
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Public Relations or related field.
Good leadership and team management
Maturity
Good personality and Interpersonal skills
Good communicational skills
Good Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, word)
Fair command in English
Location President: Tower, (Intercontinental Hotel) near Kesorn Plaza
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00-17.00
